Update on PCIC hotel reservations:
The cutoff date for the Hilton and Hyatt hotels has just passed. They may have some inventory where they will still take reservations but only if rooms available, however the price will be increased, including resort fees. The Hyatt is mostly sold out during the conference days. From Aug. 27th onward, there will be no additional fee associated with Conference Registrations for not staying in a conference hotel.
The Conference has obtained an arrangement for rooms on availability basis (currently there is some availability) at the nearby Rosen hotels, the Rosen Centre Orlando (9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819) and the Rosen Plaza (9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819).
The rate is $279 single/double, $20 additional person, and no Resort Fee. Taxes additional.

The Hotels have a 5 day cancellation policy. 5 days prior to arrival, a 1 nights deposit will be taken. Cancellation prior to the 5 days is refundable, but within 5 days, this deposit will not be refunded. Adjustments to the length of stay should be made at time of arrival, and if later, there will be a $75 fee.
