Hospitality Suite and Social Event Requests:
Please note that due to the high demand for hospitality suites, we are trying a different approach this year. Please provide your top three hospitality suite choices in order of preference (see Page 2 of the Hospitality Suites & Events Package attachment).
We will do our best to grant all our corporate supporters their first choice. In the odd case of two vendors requesting the same room, preference will be given to the vendor with a higher sponsorship amount and longer PCIC sponsorship history.

PCIC Events Sponsorship:
If you are interested in sponsoring any of the PCIC official functions listed in the 2024 PCIC Orlando Events & In Kind Sponsorship Opportunities document (item # 4) or provide in kind sponsorship, please contact us.
